3. Orders and Payments

All pricing is listed in USD. Orders must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout. Taxes and delivery fees may apply.

4. Cancellations, Refunds, and Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. For events or custom orders, cancellations must be made at least 14 days in advance to receive a partial refund. Deposits are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for completed floral designs or same-day orders. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible—we’ll do our best to accommodate.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including text, designs, photos, and logos—is the property of Penrose Floral Design and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

6. User Submissions

Any feedback, testimonials, or photos you submit may be used for marketing or promotional purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

Penrose Floral Design is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website. We are not responsible for delays due to weather, supply issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
